Homemade dips. These dips can be served with your favorite cracker, chip or bread.
Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Serving Size: About 15
2 cups of Parmesan cheese
1 (10 ounce) box of frozen chopped spinach drained
(14 ounce) can of, drained and Quartered artichoke hearts
2/3 cup Light Sour Cream
1 cup, 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp. of salt
Bake in the oven at 375F.
Directions: Mix together he Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a bowl with the electric mixer on medium, until all of the ingredients are mixed.
Bake in the oven for 20 -30 minutes.
Serve with crackers or toasted French bread.
